tAdmin

It can be used to view testing results of individual users and to create reports on a per-group basis.

Users. tAdmin can be used to create new users, edit user data, and remove existing users.

User reports. Every action performed by a user is known to tAdmin, everything he does is recorded. If he began testing, skipped it before completing and restarted it, tAdmin will tell you it. Testing results consist of:

  • Grade (including per-topic grades)
  • General information including testing date, time when it began and time when it finished, the number of questions asked and the number of answered questions, the number of correct answers, score and the percentage of correct answers.
  • Detailed report that reveals questions that the user received, answers that he gave, time that every question required, score and the correctness of given answers.

Group reports. tAdmin can be used to create reports on several groups and/or tests. The following data is included into the report: name, group, test name, testing results, score, the number of correct answers, the number of attempts made, average score per testing attempt, the percentage of correct answers and testing date. To specify results that will be included into the report, you can include the following into the report query:

  • Testing date. You can specify either a single date or a range of dates.
  • Number of correct answers. You can specify either a single value or a range of values.
  • Score collected. You can specify either a single value or a range of values.
  • Test number. You can include either all tests matching conditions stated above or first/last/specific test.

Matrix of answers. You can create a matrix of answers, that consists of all users included into the report and answers that they gave. The information about easiest and hardest questions is included into the matrix.

Filters. Group reports can be filtered on any report parameters.

Printing reports. Reports (both user and group reports) can be printed. The appearance of printed reports is defined by a template, that can be visually edited in the built-in template editor.

Exporting reports. Reports can be exported into a number of popular document formats: Excel, XML, HTML, PDF, RTF, BMP, JPEG, TIFF.

Backup. tAdmin can backup sensitive data (testing results, testing data etc) both in manual and automatic mode.
