Publishing tests in the DB

To place a test in the DB, you should do the following:

Copy the XML test to the /tests/admin/tests folder at your server. More details about folders.
Select the Tests|Add menu item in the control panel
You will see the list of tests ready to be published in the DB.
Select the test(s) to be published in the DB
Select the test topic where the test will be placed.
Press the Insert test(s) to the database button.

You will be able to move tests to another topic later on.
