Creating Database Backup
You are encouraged to backup the database as often as possible. This will help you to protect your data from being damaged (e.g. as a result of computer fault, accidental or intentional deletion etc).
To create a database backup select the Administration|Backup menu item. Configure the backup settings and press the Make Backup button.
If the database data is damaged and you have a backup copy, you can restore the database.
